Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Calgary

I love chopped leaf and always go to this location at least once a weekend maybe even twice a week. But yesterday will be the last time I go to this location.. some of the staff that work there are so unpleasant and make me feel I’m a burden. Last night was the breaking point for me though, as I was waiting for my food by the counter with an other man. The girl handed my wrap to the other man he stats “that’s not mine”. I go over and to say “oh that’s mine actually!” She hands me the wrap and doesint say a word.. as I start to say “ oh and my soup!” she slams down the soup on the counter and slams down the croutons as well. Doesint even offer me a bag or a spoon, I say thank you so much as much as possible to her. Hoping that she says thank you have a good day to me at least,but no luck.. Maybe it’s just me but i don’t think that I should be the one to say “thank you have a good day” or “hi how are you?” To the...

The food and service were great. Last month I came in for a large rush order of 14 + wraps. Although the poor employee was alone they worked so quickly and efficiently to make all these wraps plus a plethora of customers coming in the door and uber eats.

This is where things turn bad.. my order was over $250 and since the worker provided amazing service I decided to give a 15 % tip. After I pay I thanked the employee and said thanks for the hardwork, I left you a nice tip.

The employee then tells me the owner KEEPS the tips that are given! I doubt anyone knows if they leave a tip the underpaid workers do not see it! Whay a joke.

Delicious. Extremely filling even without added protein for this salad, the full Solstice salad. I subbed peanuts for the pecans (sensitivity). The only reason I could not give 5 stars is because the man taking my order was not paying attention to me at all. An older gentleman who was paying more attention to everything and everyone else than me. I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times. I spoke clearly and loud enough. It was really frustrating to just have someone not even look at me but keep asking me to repeat myself. If you aren't ready to take my order, I can wait. Very embarrassing for me to have to go through that with other customers waiting behind. Please don't do that to people, it's...
