Yesterday ,April 21 at around 2.00 PM ,I ordered a chicken Biriyani from this store .I actually got an Uber offer for buy one get one and so I was so hungry and thought I can use it.I ve been living in HRM area for the past 6 years and I moved from Cape Breton to here .The worst Biriyani I ever had in my life.Im not sure how you guys made it .A total of 3 small pieces of chicken in 2 chicken Biriyani and so no masala nothing it’s jus kind of cool plain rice and I ordered it at 2 pm and I got the food around 3.35.After 1.5 hrs .I complained to Uber and so I guess they knew it was late and food was cool down and for that reason they credited me back the money and that was respectful.Well the thing I’m not sure is when I have Buy one Get one offer ,Is that because of that reason my food was not worthy at all or the store people thought it’s would be okay as it’s buy one get one. Of course I got an offer but I was paying for that and tipping for that and my money is worthy for myself. I was planing to open up a restaurant in Halifax and it would never be something like this and my roommates were saying that even they could make better one than this one.Never ever back to this store. Passage to India has to be one of my favourite places to eat in Halifax. I wish it was in Dartmouth. I haven't had anything yet that I didn't enjoy . Last night went there with a friend. We had Chicken Tikka, Karai achicken,Chickpeas with Lachey Daar Paratha and naan etc...everything was amazing. Earlier I had tandoori chicken and it was also super delicious 😋 .

I been to Passage to India now more than few times in a month and recommended everyone try to make it in once a week 😀 The food is so consistently good and well cooked. Ordering food is super easy, click on the barcode, select your choice and your food will be with you soon! Amazing one can see the progress 👏 of the order.

The staff is super friendly. The manager and the owner come by and ask how's everything. Great service deserve all stars. Our order was big so had to move to bigger table 😀. I guess this what happen when you like everything.

I am sure eeryone who goes here can't stop raving about it for weeks, and for a good reason. The Fludha/ Sweet was probably one of the best I ever had. I guess no more DQ anymore. If you have yet highly recommended.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I never received my food even after waiting for more than an hour. She hesitated to have me seated when I asked to eat in, stating that it would take some time to prepare the food. She estimated that it would take 30 minutes. I nodded and waited for a half-hour, even after that I did not receive my food. I went to the counter and the same lady responded to me that it was going to take just another 5 mins. But then I had to wait another 30 mins. Again, I went there and was told that one of the staff got injured and I had to be understanding about the situation. After making your customer wait for more than an hour, how is that justified? I would have been understanding and gone somewhere else to eat if she had informed me before I approached her. She was not apologetic from the beginning but blamed me for not comprehending enough. Additionally, she did not provide me with a solution; instead, she flicked her hair and disappeared, leaving me at the counter and I had to go ( What a customer service?). The worst experience I have ever had was this one in my life. I will never go there and never recommend anyone...
