I went to Sephora to get colour matched for a new foundation, the one I was previously matched for was orange and not my colour at all. I was there for 15 minutes and not greeted at all, then this wonderful kind lady came over to help me. Melody went above and beyond to help me find a shade that was indeed my colour. Melody took her time to find not one but two shades I loved. However not being able to decide since I already had on make up Melody suggested giving me two little samples to try for my everyday make up look to make sure I could decide the right fit before buying. I will be trying these two shades and once I decide I will be going back to get the perfect one all because of Melody. I will be going back for more products now just because of Melody. Her attentiveness, kindness and knowledge will be the reason I go back. Her customer service is beyond what you would hope for in an employee. Sephora you should be extremely happy to have someone like Melody representing your company. She is the true definition of exceptional customer service. I would like to shoutout to Danielle for going above and beyond to assist me during my visit to the Aberdeen Mall, Kamloops store on July 18th. Danielle helped me pick out a concealer within my budget that ended up being perfect for me.
Danielle was warm, helpful and patient with me through the testing and weighing my options. Also, Danielle helped me with personalized recommendations that were added to my beauty insider account, which was really insightful for me and saved me the stress of taking pictures of all the products i planned to return to buy. I never knew that was a possibility until then.

Read moreI called in their Toll free number bec it was suggested by an employee of sephora kamloops. I bought something online 2 days (oct25) before they exchange their return/exchange policy at oct 27, to avoid christmas rush. I asked them, just In case the person I'm giving that to, didn't like what I bought at sephora online and store. They said they will not honor the the return and exchange after 60 days. Explaining that I will be working on 25 and 26, since I bought it online. It was suppose to be a gift. I guess they expect it for a person I'm giving it to open it early. And just ignore the tradition we have. Which we open all gifts on the 25th. Not a happy customer here. If I'm working, there's no way I can return or exchange that on the 25, not unless ur open at 10pm. Not impress with customer servic at their Toll free number.
