The sifu very obviously possesses extensive knowledge & impressive skill in martial arts (see biography). His demeanor is calm, friendly and incredibly generous, making him easy to approach. He has very respectful teaching philosophy and genuinely cares about training his students to learn how to use their bodies effectively and efficiently for both self defense and good health. To this day, my balance, coordination, and focus have seen tremendous improvement since the first class, as well as my self-discipline and patience.
