Krispy Kreme Café — Restaurant in Montreal

There's no universe in which it should take over 2 hours for a box of donuts. I placed my delivery order at 7:30am right when the store opened and it wasnt delivered until 9:38am. It took an hour and 20 mins just for the order to be prepared. It's literally a single box of donuts, and this has happened 5 times now. You guys have no idea how to prepare for morning opening, it is completely unreasonable to wait more than 2 hours for your order, and its happened so many times now I am no longer interested in giving you guys my morning business. There's a hundred other shops out there that can prepare their orders within an hour. I STRONGLY recommend nobody bother ordering here for morning treats for their office/staff. I don't even know what to say, these guys were so nice. I think I was the last order of their night last night and they confused my Doordash order with someone else's. I called today to see if anything could be done and Lori the manager was so understanding, apologetic and generous that she sent me another doordash order but this time with 36 donuts. I am blown away by the willingness to make things right.

I order in a lot these days and mistakes happen but I have never seen any place go so far to compensate a customer. Not only that but they were all so nice over the phone and patient while working out the logistics of getting them delivered. Am writing this review regarding this branch management not the product itself or the workers.

This branch is near my place and I always pass for quick donuts and coffee. Recently this branch is falling apart. On Saturday evening the branch ran out of donuts they only have 3 types available, espresso machine is broken, the payment machine by tab is broken too. The lineup is all the way outside and the only two nice workers working there are doing their best to keep things in control when everything is breaking around them. Shout out to the workers and thumbs down for the management 👎
