I’m deeply disappointed by the haircut I received from Desmond, I brought a photo of a simple, classic bob, but what I got was uneven, choppy, and much shorter than expected, even shorter than a pixie cut. It was nothing like what I asked for.

I’ve been coming here for years for basic trims without issue, but this time Desmond didn’t listen or pay attention to the details. I even had to stop him from cutting my bangs because I was afraid of the outcome. I ended up tipping out of shock, but I shouldn’t have.

I don’t know if he’s unhappy with his work, but I strongly advise anyone booking to make sure your stylist fully understands what you want before they start.

I got a haircut there in 2022 cuz I read about them on reddit that they offer cheap hair cut. I naturally have really flat and straight hair. The lady has serious communication problem and she started cutting my hair even before I finished talking. She cut all my hair from inside and called it a layer.
