I had no idea what to expect. While visiting Montréal I had walked the city quite a bit and was aching. I took a chance on this spa and truly was fortunate. Lena is a wonderful practitioner that knows this skill so well. She starts by asking all the right questions to ensure that her treatment matches your needs as much as possible. I was treated to a little bit of heavenly bliss. Lena nailed it perfectly on my shoulders back neck feet and legs. I swear I grew an inch (lost over 60 years of standing straight) with the stretching she did on my spine. Just what I needed. Aside from that Lena has the most wonderful, calming energy you could ever want to spend at least an hour in the company of. She is a gift that somehow a cold and windy autumn day blew my way. I would visit again the first chance I get. Thank you 🙏 So Glad to see a few likes. It is why we post, share the great, support of the best in the industry and always remind everyone how much of a difference a very skilled, lovely, intentional, and purposeful soul makes in our lives. You honestly have to love what you do and hope that just a few people will feel the magic in the alchemy you choose to gift someone. I am only reminded of that when after about 10 minutes into a session you realize you don't have to talk, your needs are understood. You do talk but it is in appreciation for the gift you are receiving

I am sharing this again because each and every day we are exposed to the need for service. It can be from anywhere we visit And honestly when I think back to this moment its going to be tough for anyone to come close

Oh well I will just have to settle on the Toronto model ( and there are some great ones here) until I return

If you are looking for an excellent massage at the best price for the level of service and QUALITY, look no further.

I stayed in the Place d'Armes Hotel and thought why not have a look at the competition instead of going straight to their Spa.

Side note - Place d'Armes offered first class service as well throughout and no doubt they also have fantastic massage options..

But I'm price sensitive and for $130 Canadian for 90 minutes for the most magical massage provided by Ana, I can't commend this place enough.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is so incredibly relaxing.

It's clean and tidy and the music is just right.

I noticed the attention to detail from the moment I walked through the door, from the lovely slippers provided to the fact Sofia, the owner, remembered my name and pronounced it correctly just from a short telephone conversation we had had prior.

Ana, the masseuse I had was professional and attentive. She got the level of pressure to my liking and I was so relaxed and in a state of bliss I was at times in a sleep like state.

They clearly are well trained and qualified to be giving high quaility massages. I would react with noises when Ana found a knot and she would focus on these areas and really help my body repair and release its tension.

Well I've been visiting this place many times so I'll call myself a regular ... I'll be fair saying I had no trouble at all except the last time ! I won't go in details but all I can say I had to leave in the middle of my session due to a bad schedule management (overbooking issue). I'd recommend this place but you should double check your appointment before you go to avoid what I went through! Update (6 AUG 2024) : I was really kind in my previous review but I have to reply as you left such a comment. well it takes one single fatal mistake to lose a customer ... it's not normal being in a massage session for an hour & 30 min later I found the receptionist coming in, invading my privacy, telling me that I have to change cabins because another customer is taking this one!!! I was almost naked, then she gave me a towel to cover myself so I can move ( are you serious! ) This is so disrespectful & I belive any customer won't accept such situation. . The way you replied telling that you're blaming me because I paid the full amount & I left peacefully! Your business is based on customer's satisfaction 100%, you're selling a well being service & no room for mistakes like that.
