Just came in to wash my vehicle was In great mood , had some music playing I been told to shut it off right away , I said no problem , no big deal , there is only me and other guy in whole car wash, the other guy left only me now , when I was taking floor mats out my vehicle I been told to do that outside I wasn’t allowed to wash my floor mats, I asked if I should leave ? What am I allowed to do this is crazy ? , had terrible experience , I am pretty easy going guy never left any negative review anywhere but this time I cant just leave it like that, I asked guy what is name for you car wash he didn’t tell me , asked me why you need it , I said so I can share my experience and never got name , I just left , found it online tho , don’t understand why this people do this kind of stuff when you can tell they berely have any business in there .. not recommending even tho I used this car was many times ... always someone being rude .and some kind of problem . best of luck for your...

FRAUD ALERT!!!! I visited this car wash nearly 3 months ago and and now I am having concerning experiences with UNAUTHORIZED charges on my card. Despite NOT being present at the car wash, they attempted to withdraw $18 from my account more then ONCE. When I questioned the staff, they falsely claimed to be managers and assured me that a higher-up would call back promptly. It's been nearly two weeks, and I've received NO such call.

This unethical practice of attempting to charge my card without permission is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against trusting this car wash with your PERSONAL and FINANCIAL information. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service are reasons enough to steer clear of this...

Used my mastercard to buy the card to wash my car, lowest option was $30. My card approved and the machine ejected the gift card, but when i tried using the gift card the machine said it could not be read. Called the employee over, and he didnt do anything about it, wouldnt even try to understand the situation and told me my mastercard was bad, even when i showed my banking app and how the transaction was charged to it. After about 20 minutes of trying to explain he told me and my friend to leave and opened the door to the office and made us leave. Never gave me a refund and now all i have is a gift card that wont work at the car wash. My family and I used to come here all the time, but we will for sure NEVER be...
