Fellinger & Son's Meats — Local services in Regina

Last year I used this store to get all my pork for making deer sausage. It was highly recommended to me. I shopped around and found there prices to be about the best. To do a 50/50 mix last year. I needed about 250lbs for me and my buddies deer. It was a good year. These guys had it for me by end of day and were very friendly when I arrived to get it. They said things were a little quiet that day and that in the future I should order a few days even a week or two in advance for that much. Which was fair. Plus I didn't need it that day but they were happy to take care of me. This year was a good year for deer hunting as well so I will be reaching out soon. Thank you. If I could give zero stars i would. Honestly one time I asked for couple pork SIDE ribs st Louis style they give me pork back rib. I ordered some beef short ribs as I have before nothing wrong with them but I call in this morning the gentlemen was very short with me it seemed like I placed the order for another 2 racks of beef short ribs 3 bones in. Got home late and opened up the pack as I got it picked up for me by a family member and honestly don't even know what these are they're cut half way through. And cut into individual pieces. Can definitely say I'm not coming back just brutal maybe if this place appreciated the customers more and be happier maybe they would gain...

I am disappointed, it is so sad to change my 5 star review to ZERO one... I have been buying ribeyes for 4 years since I moved to Regina from this friendly gentlemen, always got perfect meat cuts. I was so surprised and frustrated to find only one ribeye and 3 trimming cuts along the grain in my $44 bundle when I opened it at home. Just why? Why would they do this??? See the photo attached... Coop is closer, and you see what you buy there, even eaged beef is for the same price, I just wanted to support a small local business and what I get? I would never ever come back... I am sorry, but it is not the best way how to serve your permanent...
