The worse experience I’ve ever seen in my life . I applied here for a diplomatic study 6 months ago and I’m still not able to get a feedback but rather they keep asking me for more money before they’ll issue my LOA. The lady by the international department Mrs Preet isn’t qualified for she offers little or no services and when you call to speak with her it takes a week for her to accept your call.AOL must improve and make sure your workers are qualified especially the Indian ones who acts like they never dreamed of having a job. Mrs Preet was so nice and helpful on the phone when she asked me to pay more so once she issues me with my contract and LOA it would not be an issue with me at the embassy and when I paid it took her 2 weeks to issue me the contract and LOA. I went to the embassy and applied for my study permit that was on the 16th of May. A week ago I tried to call VAC and they said it’s going to take about 10-16 or better still I can connect with my school to assist me by calling the embassy on my behalf to facilitate my papers since my course starts in July 22 . The only person I knew I could explain things to is Preet but guest what never picks up my call. I emailed her last week regarding my request if they can assist and later sent her a text asking if she received my email and she replied yes I did received your email and that was . When I call and ask to put me through Preet she tells the customer service she’s busy and even my emails and texts she doesn’t reply and right here I’m frustrated. First of all I’m an international student, calling Canada everyday is a whole lot of money. And moreover my money, effort, time and career is wasted. AOL please you must change Preet since she doesn’t know her...

Read moreAmazing school! I had many good experiences studying in this school Academy of Learning. When it comes to the instructors/ teachers, I can say that they are dedicated, competitive, kind and very approachable. You can see that they really have a knowledge in what they are teaching and it is easy to follow and understand their explanations. In addition, they are always there when you need help with the course or school requirements. Although I took an online course, I learned a lot. Apart from academic knowledge it also helped me develop my skills that I can use in my future career. This school helped me gain self-confidence and know that I have the skills and knowledge to keep up with other people and find the job I want. I will never forget the things I learned and the good experiences I had while studying...
