I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sud Forno over the Christmas holidays and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The restaurant was extremely busy, but the staff were able to accommodate us and ensure that we had a great time.

The decor at Sud Forno was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was extremely modern and had a beautiful ambiance that really set the mood for the evening. The space was open and airy, with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The color scheme was a combination of neutral tones and pops of bold, vibrant colors, which gave the restaurant a trendy and sophisticated feel.

There were different sections in the restaurant, each with its own unique style and atmosphere. I'm sorry, this is my first negative review in years: Today I had a meeting at this place with one of my colleagues and it was supposed to be a good day sharing at Sud Forno, Instead I met my friend crying and leaving the place and it shocked me to the core. The management team had insulted her on so many levels just for asking: Why does the customer have to leave after an hour or so considering she already ordered breakfast and reserved lunch, meaning a normal paying customer who wants to enjoy the experience? (I was supposed to enjoy it also) It's Toronto for Pete's sake and everyplace we go ppl are nice and accommodating, both managers refused to offer service to her and called security (I still cannot fathom this...she should've called 911), can you believe this? Knowing my friend I know she's a super decent individual (not taking sides here) but I would definitely take her word. With all due respect if you cannot afford to acquire well mannered managers, plz stop them from interacting with nice and decent Torontonians. That's beyond outrageous and it looks like a place Tony Soprano would run, seriously? This is unacceptable, if this is a branch of Terroni (my fav), I'll never set foot there for a long while until I feel better about this. My apologies for all the ramble but that's the only way I could voice up the rudeness and audacity of the managers at the time (I've got no names but that's something for her lawyer to figure out). Let's be nicer to each other and not see ppl only as dollar signs, I miss that local cafe that always welcomed us with their beautiful smile although we all have had hard days.
