HCD Furniture Scarborough — Local services in Toronto

I purchased 2 armchairs from HCD furniture in Scarborough. My entire experience was above expectations. I talked to Helly, from HCD Furniture Scarborough, several times on the phone and she called me back when the armchair I was looking for was back in stock. HCD has a small show room so they displayed the exact armchair I wanted so I can see and try it. I purchased 2 armchairs and Helly was very polite and professional all the time. She answered all my questions and explained very clearly the store policies. I was very pleased with the delivery process also. Very good communication, on time, and the delivery person extremely professional and nice. He opened the boxes and waited for us few minutes to check them. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I waited for months for my order that was promised to me that I will receive in 2 -3 weeks. I never end up getting what I ordered because they keep sending the wrong thing. Also the messed up by sending me $100 via e-transfer to my account and tried to make it seem like I was the one who messed up. They are very unprofessional, started threatening to send a letter to my job about the situation and take legal action when it was THEM that messed up. Worst...
