K-Beauty — Local services in Toronto

My skin was going through a change and suffering pretty bad, and something in me said it’s finally time to try K-beauty products, and this is the place I went to. I don’t remember her name, but the young lady working at the front made me feel SO welcome, understood and cared for. She listened to my skin concerns/struggles, and really related to me. After spending a good half hour-45 mins in the store asking her questions, taking her recommendations, I walked out with a handful of new products to try out. And my gosh, did my skin ever do a 180, the products calmed down and cleared up my at the time angry, red, bumpy/textured and acne filled skin. Not only am I relieved that I found great and simple products for my skin, but I’m happy about how sweet and helpful she was :-). Will be back for a facial service and to restock on...

My facialist is rude (no greetings) and refuse to wear a mask when she coughed and sneezed and breath her kimchi breath on me. When I ask that she wear a mask as I just recovered from flu ,she rudely said why should she. Then she proceeded to say she has no mask. I requested so as I have auto immune issues. 24 hours after her rough facial I am now very sick at home. My daughter called up this place to say I am sick after the facial but the manager just said that they take temperature before work. They should very well know that temperature taking is not indicative of non sickness as Temperature checks give a false sense of reassurance as they could miss many people who have COVID-19 but are asymptomatic or presymptomatic..

Everyone please be on the watchout for your health safety. I myself will not go again...

I read previous reviews and took a leap of faith because j saw really good and really bad reviews. My experience has always been great, so much that I bought a 5 time package. Staff is amazing and friendly, rooms are private and clean good ambiance and you may get free samples at the end of ur facial. The only thing would suggest you do before going here is to google korean facial. A lot of products/steps are used and sometimes the extraction step hurts a bit so let your esthetician know if you're hurting.
