Beware of ā€œSurprisesā€ Inside the Boxāš ļø I visited Kiokii at Eaton Centre on 14th Jan, hoping to purchase a Clio Kill Cover Mesh Glow Cushion in 04 Ginger. Unfortunately, what I got instead was a shocking and unpleasant experience. Upon opening the sealed box at home, I discovered not the product I paid for, but a used Clio Kill Cover The New Founwear Cushion in 3.5 Vanilla, accompanied by a random glittery wrapping paper stuffed inside. A true "mystery box" moment, but not in a good way. After reaching out to their customer service, I was met with a lengthy email essentially saying they found no evidence of tampering on their end and suggesting I somehow caused or expected this issue. They cited their ā€œtrusted supplierā€ and even surveillance footage as proof of their innocence, leaving me with no resolution. The cherry on top? Their observation that I had the audacity to double-check the seals on my way out of the store. Apparently, being cautious as a customer is now ā€œsuspicious.ā€ I want to caution anyone considering shopping here: thoroughly inspect the product, check the seals multiple times, and, for your own sake, open it before leaving the store (even if it feels awkward). Because if you discover an issue later, it seems the store’s approach is to deny responsibility, regardless of the evidence presented. This experience has been nothing short of disappointing. It’s unfortunate that a brand promoting beauty products seems to lack transparency and accountability in addressing genuine customer concerns. Buyers, beware—and double-check everything!

Well, i usually order online because I live far away from Toronto. Visited the store on Monday, kinda busy. Don't have any problem with any staff whatsoever, they were helpful. But there was this girl at the counter around 12pm-12.30, I saw a Dr.G moisturizer with the label 10% off, asking her is this on sale now. She said yes because of the stain on the box. Sure. I grab it why not? ( I saw 50ml one but decided not to grab it. Then later went home realised it doesn't give 10% off. Ughhh at this point it too much to come back and ask her why. I know it was busy and she was not happy at all why it was on sale. Anyway, bye Kiokii. I’ll go sukoshi next time then!

really pretty jewelry and hair accessories!! though i will say the claw clips are a bit overpriced compared to other places that have better quality ones. but they are still really pretty. the jewelry seems to be fairly priced, based on my (little) knowledge of jewelry haha. i bought a silver bracelet for $16 and i saw one similar at swarovski for $200…. so do with that info as you will lol. staff was friendly and efficient, just not very knowledgeable on a lot of the merchandise. i will be back here for sure :)

The customer service here is really rude. I asked about how points are earned as I haven't been receiving points lately when I shop in person at Kiokii and... stores (and yes I gave my number for my membership) and even contacted customer support who told me that there have been errors and they never got back to me if this was an ongoing error across all stores or what. The cashier misunderstood and asked her manager I want to know how to redeem points. The manager waved at the sign on the counter. I then explained again I wanted to know how I earn points how many points per dollar, etc. or however the points system works. She then proceeded to say "It's one point for one dollar" to me like it was SO obvious while giving me a look. She honestly couldn't be bothered. I told them about this point issue when shopping in person and she just said, "well we'll just have to see after the transaction then" in a condescending manner. They just told me I had 400 points over and over throughout the conversation but that was never my question and when I tried explaining afterwards to the cashier that I was just asking about earning points she kept talking over me and said "I know, I know" and then said "sure" to me. That is not how you listen to a customer. They didn't even try to help me understand how many points I earned. I asked if I received any points and they looked at the receipt and said "you have 430." Whenever I have a customer concerned about points I always check with them and confirm the amount they earned and how much they have now in total. They really couldn't have been bothered and were so rude about it. I've been here a few times and service never really stood out, but now, I won't be coming back to this location. They really made me feel extremely upset and angry after this...

I walked in to this store today at 6:59 when i was told there’s only 1 min left for them to close. Me and my friends has been going to them to get Korean products since their opening 2 years ago in Eaton centre. I wanted to get toning pads and I asked for help to this sales person (with bangs who was standing and chitchatting near the entrance) - she looked me into the eyes and simply ignored me. When I asked for the second time assuming she didn’t hear me the first time (but hey I showed the product plus she looked at me into the eyes before going back to ignoring me) the other sales girl beside her was coming towards my direction when this sales girl with bangs directed her to go help somebody else who had come after me 🤯 😳😤 I was once again ignored by this girl who was wasting time trying to close the gate despite the security guy indicating he will close the door so she could assist me. To my astonishment she still ignored me and continued to close the gate telling me she had to close - and by then I had lost my patience and my cool. I went straight to her and asked if she didn’t wanna help me and when I was leaving the store pissed - she had the audacity to ask why am I so angry - I had to remind her I was angry because you not only ignored me TWICE - you asked your coworker to assist somebody else who came after me and continued to ignore me - like hey! Where is your customer service and what happened to first come first serve eh? NEVER going back here. There are lot more competitive stores in and around with very helpful sales personnel! Totally disrespectful and rude...
