Mejuri steals from their clients. Do not buy anything from them. I am going through a difficult time returning and receiving a full refund, the rings are brand new and never worn and never taken out of the box this is what they said.

I completely understand that you expected a different resolution, particularly given that the rings are brand new, never worn, and still in their original packaging. Your desire for a full refund is entirely reasonable under the circumstances, and I truly empathize with your position. However, I must convey the current policies in place regarding returns, which I hope will help clarify the situation.
After thoroughly reviewing your inquiry with our leadership team, I must regretfully inform you that we are unable to make an exception in this case due to the duration that has passed since the rings were delivered. As per our standard policy, we maintain a 30-day return period starting from the date the order was delivered. This policy is in place to ensure that all our products are kept in excellent condition for future customers, allowing us to maintain the high standards that Mejuri is known for.
You can find more details about our return policy in our FAQs, which are accessible here. Unfortunately, since your order was received on October 2023 and March 2024 respectively, it falls outside of the eligible return window.
I truly wish there were more I could do to assist you in this matter, as I understand how important it is for you to find some relief from the financial implications of your wedding cancellation. Read moreI made 2 UNSUCCESSFUL appointments at this location. Ella, the passive aggressive, empathy lacking piercer is a liability for this store. Holt Renfrew and Mejuri should be embarrassed as a brand to have such a service-lacking, inconsiderate and rude individual representing them. On the first appointment, she declined to pierce my daughter's ear because her Health Card didn't have a picture. Even though all of our ID matched, she still claimed it to be a legal issue. I offered reasonable suggestions like having my husband face-time with her passport and she refused. She said it had to be there in person. She lacked any consideration or empathy for our time or the situation. Reluctantly, I re-booked the following Friday and the experience was WORSE. We brought a passport, a student card and her health card to avoid being turned around again. Ella smugly looking at the ID and did nothing with it. It was clearly her choice to refuse it the week before as the company does not verify anything. It was completely up to her to refuse us. After battling traffic again and choosing the earing we wanted for cartilage, she told us ALL of their earrings were on back order and it was an INVENTORY problem and they have been waiting over a week. She called "MOST" of her appointments to cancel, however she did NOT call us. She had time in her schedule to make a courtesy call and CHOSE not to. After these 2 horrible experiences, I would conclude she purposely didn't call us to witness our frustration. Ella was passive aggressive, lacked empathy and her behaviour appeared to enjoy our frustration as it did the week before when she could see how deflated my daughter was. She offered nothing in terms of a thoughtful solution or consideration. I would not only not recommend her, I highly discourage anyone going to this individual. If I could give a 0 or -1 or more, I would. It is evident with other reviews that the management has not made any improvements with her and I wish I had read them prior to going. Read moreFantastic customer service! I arrived to get a second lobe piercing - Meijuri was very busy with customers, but all staff were friendly, welcoming and ready to help with any questions I had. Unfortunately they didn’t have stock of about half of the stud piercings when I went, but my piercer Ella was awesome and helped me choose one from the remaining selection. I arrived about ten minutes early and Ella was happy to help me right away. She made me feel at ease, and was ready with all the info to send me on my way after the piercing (which was over in a flash!)
Editing to add: I just happened to see a negative review after posting here and felt compelled to add that Ella was extremely professional throughout my visit. For example, she made sure to go through all health and safety after care, despite this clearly not being my first piercing. Sticking to h&s guidelines does not make one passive aggressive, and expecting a customer service provider to move mountains (such as pull inventory from apparently nowhere) is unrealistic.
