Naruto Sushi — Restaurant in Vancouver

Rude and slow staff recommend not to come here unless you want to see rodent droppings in the bathroom get mistreated pay for overprice food that gives you food poisoning!!!!!

To Have never been somewhere that has been so rude to customers Updated review July 16 still equally as horrible and rude to customers told me 15 minutes went to pick up and adds 10 minutes extra when walked in the door and they haven’t even started my order too busy focussed on customers inside. Which they only have three tables inside to sit people and two of them were busy at the time I picked up food with four people inside sitting and everyone waiting to take out the food and equally upset at me. Ordered food at 12:50 didn’t even get my food till 117 And instead of apologizing for wasting peoples time, they’re saying well we have people inside two were busy no regard for anyone else’s times bathroom very slow workers don’t go if you’re in a rush or on lunch break Does anyone know that restaurant downtown that’s purposely rude to their customers and you pay for it? This is what that place is but Even worse

I am so sorry. If I could give you zero stars, I would absolutely disgusting …a takeout menu filled with food and leftovers absolutely just covered Couldn’t even believe my eyes. It was so dry it on from days sitting there Couldn’t even describe how gross the menu actually looked that I almost took home with me that was out ready for customers to take . Generally their food is quite good and priced reasonably. My frustration with them is their lack of respect for my time because of their inability to accurately quote times for pickup. For the 3rd time in last few months I was told my food would be ready for pickup in 45 minutes. I specifically asked if 45 minutes was correct because I know they’re busy and was told “yes 45 minutes for sure, see you then”. I arrived 55 minutes after placing my order and was told it’s almost ready, just 5 more minutes! 15 minutes later, I asked for an update and was told it’s almost ready, just 5 more minutes! I then asked if it was really going to be 5 more minutes because you said 5 minutes 15 minutes ago and I can come back if it will take longer. I was told to wait here because it’s being packed right now. 20 minutes later I asked what was going on and was told, “it’s almost ready, just 2 more minutes! Needless to say after waiting 45 minutes past my pickup time standing outside for the 3rd time now, I can longer support this business as they choose to lie and tell me what they think I want to hear instead of the truth. When we went here, they were just opening so it was a bit awkward. There were no customers but us. However there were really cool Naruto merchandise hanging on the wall. They had Naruto and Sasuke posters and even scrolls.

When we were ordering, I heard the staff yell to each other in Chinese. Then the server looked outside, and yelled to her staff that there was a cute little car. It seemed that they were more interested in the car than serving us! I was curious too, but I was also waiting to be served lunch. The price isn't the best, despite being in east van. The good news is that they have bentos. Many places don't. When the sushi finally came, it wasn't as good as we thought the reviews said it would be. It was soft and a bit mushy. When we picked up the sushi, they were falling apart. When I commented on the anime decorations, the server just smiled.
