A total chocolate heaven! I’ve been wanting to check this place out for a while so finally stopped in to hand pick some chocolates. Love their dark chocolate and they also have some really unique flavours — definitely something here for everyone. They also have really good ice cream (I tried the Salted Caramel bar, yum!!). I wish I had tried the candied apple but maybe next time. The only downside is that if you hand-pick your own chocolates it will get expensive. I got the box shown in the attached pictures for $84… But I gotta say, it was DELICIOUS!

My apple had mold in the middle and the OWNER refused to give me a refund. Headoffice doesn't want to deal with it because it's all franchise. Based on other reviews it looks like sometimes stickers are left on or Apple is moldy at the bottom...be careful about the cleanliness and quality of their product. Even my doctor says it was mold. But the owner gaslights and has since not replied to the multiple emails sent. I simply ask for a refund and not risk eating more moldy apples as I am pregnant. It's a shame that $12 cannot be simply refunded.

Day before Valentine's day I expected it to be just a little crazy. With the added staff social distancing was definitely not on any ones mind. Nonetheless they had a decent variety of chocloate bomb balls and not-so-fresh looking chocolate dipped strawberries. Unfortunately they also did not have many Valentine themed caramel apples left but it is what it is. Other than the staff being very friendly, this year they missed the Valentine's Day mark for me.

Popped into the Edgemont Village location to find some V-day gifts for the kids and purchased two slices of fudge (kid #2 loves red velvet so we were drawn to that). Got home and found that one was expired by 4 days and the other on the verge of expiring. Called the store and they were very understanding and told us they would replace them. Unfortunately when we went back, all the fudge products on the shelf were expired. So we went to the Robson location instead and Liam was super accommodating and helpful. Sometimes you can feel guilty making a return/complaint, but he was just genuinely nice about it. This is the type of customer service that keeps customers loyal. Unlike another establishment (Sugarf**a) which does not permit you to try their products nor return them for any reason. We will never buy from them again. It's Rocky Mtn Chocolate for us...
