I went to Ana Luisa hair salon, and the services was amazing from the beginning to the end. All her stuff its very professional, careful and kind. I did two services there my hair and a Rakey, and I loved it. I am very careful with my hair and usually I don’t trust to my hair in another hands. However, in the salon they listen to me and give me the trust I was always looking in a hair salon, and the result it’s amazing more than I waiting. Ana Luisa did the rakey to me and it was my first time, and I totally recommend her. The team is so so welcoming, unpretentious and genuinely friendly. You get your hair done and your soul renewed. A place of connection and authenticity. Was sick and called in morning of haircut to cancel my haircut appointment. Was told that I could not call in before studio was open to cancel my appointment because it was past the 24 hour policy. Yes but I just got the fever today so how would I know to cancel 24 hours prior when I wasn’t sick?? Then flowstate proceeded to make me give them the Groupon voucher number so they could just redeem it without given a chance to reschedule - just said that I needed to pay for the haircut even without coming.
