I was a walk-in. Do not let anyone use a flat iron to cut your hair. The flat iron covers what mistakes were done by the owner. I have holes in the cut. Meaning that the hair is disconnected from the length it was!!! My hair is choppy. Longer in the back. Choppy on the sides. I said one inch to be taken off. It took me one year to get my hair past my shoulders. Now due to the haircut the owner gave me is very noticeable I shouldn’t have to flat iron the hair if it was CUT PROPERLY. It is very noticeable to look at. Do not walk in here. If you love your hair looking good the next day and the day after and not cry!! I’m not impressed. My hair was past my shoulders, and is now above the shoulders it’s disconnected holes where the length of the longer hair SHOULD BE to connect with the shorter hair!!! I did not notice the mistakes because of the flat iron. My hair is gone!!! The length is back to shoulder length!!!! Not cool Heather. I’m upset. I had my hair growing for over a year to have it back to a bob. The sides don’t even match, the length is longer on the left side than the right side. The one inch turned into a bob. I had long hair and wanted to get a much needed cut and some layers. I knew most places were going to charge me minimum $60+ dollars. After some overpriced visits I called Heather for a change and she said $35. I thought it was too good to be true, but I went in and was so happy with my service. Heather had to do my appointment standing since my hair was so long, but she was so sweet, and made sure to check in with me on the style and length i wanted which i appreciated. She did everything how I wanted it. Would for sure go go her again, and recomend this place. It felt very community like with other clients having a chat in the waiting area. I had been searching for a more affordable option for my hair. All I wanted was a trim but I needed to cut down on costs. Someone mentioned this place to me. When I called to book, Heather answered and I was able to book with her on the day and time I requested. I was a bit nervous to go to a new stylist but just wanted a good, less pricey trim. Heather really took her time and was pleasant and careful to ensure she wasn’t cutting too much or doing something I didn’t want. She even trimmed my fly-always like I asked!
