I’ve been a die-hard Lululemon customer for over 20 years, dropping thousands on their overpriced gear. I own every color of their Surge Joggers, and for the first time, I needed help with an exchange—something I’ve never done in two decades. The drawstring on a nearly unworn pair broke, so I went to the store expecting basic customer service. What did I get? Absolutely nothing.
They refused to help and coldly directed me to their online form—surprise, that was declined too. After 20 years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent, this is how they treat their customers? They can’t even exchange a pair of sweatpants that cost $150 a year and a half later? Pathetic.
Lululemon clearly doesn’t care about quality or standing behind their products anymore. If this is how they treat loyal customers, no one should bother wasting their money here. Their prices are outrageous, and their customer service is a joke. I’m done with this brand for good, and I’d strongly suggest everyone else reconsider supporting this company that clearly doesn’t give a damn about their customers.
Then to put salt in the wound they call a week later and offer a $25 gift card towards a replacement pair that cost $150 as a “solution”. How about you just replace the...

Went above and beyond, grabbed items from the mannequin for me. Helped me pick out the T-shirt as well (they all look the same to me lmao, but the fabrics are different which is important when selecting for your needs - thank you for the assistance).
Ended up purchasing 7" shorts from Alo and 5" shorts from Lululemon. Lululemon culture/and QC was significantly better. After checking the items at home, quality and consistency was SIGNIFICANTLY better at Lululemon.
I had wanted to check Alo (currently privately held company, could potentially look to go public to scale IMO), to see if the rumors regarding their effort and respect were justified. I was shocked. You have to do due diligence when shopping at Alo, (or just purchase from Lululemon IMO). I had asked for a specific color that they "had in the back", I came home and noticed a pin through the fabric, and the Alo tag marked up - which I should have checked). Unacceptable, especially for shorts over $100.
Lululemon was impressive. Not the same experience at Alo. First time there, no relation to the companies. Not a Lululemon shareholder (although I might consider it now lmao),...
Read morecame in yesterday at 4:30pm to buy the cropped version of a long sleeve I already have and love bc I noticed my old one was very loose despite it being my usual size 4 so I was looking to buy one that fit pretty snug. However I tried the size 2 and it was still loose around the stomach so I asked this girl in a purple sweatshirt and I think glasses, to try a size down and she replied in shock “a size zero?!”. I didn’t think it was odd as maybe she was just confirming the size. I tried it on and I loved the fit so when I came out of the fitting room and said I was going to take it bc it fit “perfectly” like I wanted. However I was taken back to see her response saying “perfectly? the size zero?” with a shocked face and tone as if I was 1000lbs asking to try a size 0. I don’t know if this is how all the employees are trained to be but this didn’t sit right with me. I came in excited to buy my favourite top in another size and left feeling disgusting. On a good note, the other worker in tailored pants and a headband was very kind...
