Yikes. Horrible experience. I'm a retail manager of a high volume mall store and I'd be horrified if my team provided this experience. Store was a mess, two young associates were standing at the cash chatting, and my friend and I were completely ignored for upwards of 20 minutes despite asking to be let into the change rooms twice. The associates weren't busy - they were flirting. After realizing that the last remaining size of a shirt was on a bustform just out of reach, and a reacher hook was available (despite no visible associates at the time) one suddenly appeared the minute I touched the hook to reprimand me. Yasmin told me that the shirt I wanted wasn't for sale (?!) despite the fact that it was hung with their other merch and had visible Sku tags, and tried to literally yank it from my hands firmly. I asked her to have a manager confirm that, as I was under the impression that even faced-out garments are indeed for sale, and she rolled her eyes and told me I could buy it. She then continued to reprimand me for touching the hook, and refused to give me her name until I took my phone out. I listened to her and the other associate call me derogatory names as they resumed their conversation...

On my last visit there was only one person at the register and a huge line, while the other associates are just walking around. On my visit previous to this last one, there was NO ONE at the register even tho all the associates made eye contact with us, but not one of them approached us to cash us out.
This time (Dec 28th) I came into this location to exchange a Christmas sweater that was not available anymore and was told I couldn't even exchange it because "it's a clearance item"... no it was not. The guy assumed it was in clearance without even looking at my receipt and... surprise! It was not in clearance when...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have to admit, I do agree with most of the (bad) reviews. Whenever I visit this store the employees ignore you & donāt seem to know the answer to any question you ask. Yesterday was different because an employee named Maliik was there. Despite the fact he was busy folding literally hundreds of t-shirts, he greeted me, was friendly & so helpful. He was able to answer all my questions & seemed to enjoy his job, I ended up walking out with 6 t-shirts when I was only there to buy one. I even bought an extra one bc he told me to check out the $4.99 sale rack at the front of the store. Thank you Maliik for making my shopping experience a good oneā¦.and keep up the good work! You get a big 5 thumbs up šš½...
