My mom had registered for the brand’s mobile program and had been receiving promo codes and texts every week. However, when we tried to check out, they could not find her phone number in the system and were unable to provide much help. The associate attempted to call for management support, but it was unsuccessful. All the manager said was, "Sorry, I can’t help," even though we heard this directly from the associate. What a shame. I visited this store on Sunday, 26th November and the entire store was on black Friday deal which is 40% off! I wanted to buy polo bear hoodie and then I realized they remove the first original price tag,attach at the bottom of original tag and increase it to 218CAD but they greedy soul was not happy and decide to increase the price again to 248 CAD! I visited this Ralph Lauren location on July, 24th 2024 and was extremely disappointed by the staff's behavior. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the shopping experience unpleasant. It seemed like all the employees were high school students who didn't care about their jobs. Not one pleasant associate. Looking at m the reviews this is a regularly occurring situation. Management needs to reevaluate how they train and hire staff.
