The Room Collection — Local services in Vernon

My first experience with the Room Collection was coming across the store by chance. I had been at a painting workshop and came in looking pretty bedraggled. I was immediately struck by the friendliness of both Karen and Alison who couldn’t have cared less about my appearance. Their main concern was how they could help me. My husband and I had been searching for months for just the right furniture for our house. I was blown away by the offer that they would drive over an hour to our place, on a Sunday, to see how they could help. In the end, we bought living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. Not being much good at decorating, I asked them to consider how we could accessorize with the smaller items to pull it all together. When the furniture arrived they came back and assembled everything and decorated with plates, vases, books, rugs and pillows. Our house looks so beautiful now and well put together. Since then I’ve been back to the store many times for gifts for friends and other smaller furnishings. All the members of their team are professional and dedicated to customer service. They are friendly and the store is beautiful and fun to shop in. In this day and these times it’s great to see they still have a sense of humor and love what they do. I’d highly recommend The Room Collection to anyone looking for large to small home furnishings and accessories. After much anxiety shopping for a couch at numerous stores etc, we made a last ditch shot in the dark to see what The Room Collection had to offer. It turns out that we should have done that first since we fell in love with a couch in their showroom (which is exceptionally appointed and staffed with fantastic employees). We purchased that sectional couch and couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and our experience shopping there. Great selection and quality - even better people! 6 out of 5...
