Was basically called a thief when I tried to exchange a pair of pants without a gift receipt. Told I could have just grabbed a pair and put them in one of your bags and tried to exchange them. My mil tried to get gift receipts and they didn't want to print up 5 for her. Her husband had just died and it was nice of her to even buy gifts this year. I then had a customer and the employee discuss me while I was s right there trying to choose more to purchase, I said it's not nice to discuss people when they are standing right there and the customer said I should have been kicked out, the employee said they were just discussing people without a receipt not me, well I am sorry but they are discussing me! But I am the rude one, because I was called a thief?! How about at Christmas you automatically print out gift receipts for each item? I will not be telling people to shop at this store anymore. I only buy them when they are $10 because I don't believe at $40 they last long enough, one year and I have to replace them. I...

Purchased a few items and one was off the damaged item rack for $5, however when charged they charged me the $10. I asked them to just refund me the $5 overcharge I was told no it's final sale, I explained yes but it wasn't a purchase it was an overcharge. The sales woman became angry and extremely rude, told me to pick something off the damaged rack to make up for $5, there was nothing there that we wanted. I said that I didn't want another damaged item and she pretty said no bad, I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could come back Monday but they won't help me either. I think if your overcharged there is an expectation of being refunded...

I have been a regular at this shop for years. It is smaller than other Just Cozy's, but its nicer than other locations, the store is always clean and very well organized. The staff are always so friendly. My favorite experience there was when Crystal encouraged me to try the m/l leggings on, I have always bought xl, she told me I would be happier, she was right. I have always assumed I was too big for the m/l and they fit much better. There is always so much more selection in m/l made my day, she's the best! I see the negative reviews, but I disagree completely with them. I think I will go over...
