I am Rashim and I have been a loyal customer of The Shoe Company for over 2 years now. Yesterday, at Hillside Mall, Victoria BC , I received amazing customer service from this lady name Christina. From the moment I entered the store , I received a warm welcome. On top of that she checked on me ever now and then if i was finding everything easily. I absolutely hate shopping and this young lady took out time to look at my dress and suggest footwear that would go with it. She also called other stores to figure out if they have my shoe size and also offered to order online. Not only that, she was very patient and heard everything so attentively.Her customer service was actual customer service and not a robotic monotonous menial one! I promise from now on I wont even try other stores. You should definitely recognize her!!! Also the Manager was very nice as well. I believe this store is in good hand!

I recently visited the Shoe Company store at Hillside Mall and was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and outstanding services provided by the store manager and his team. The store manager named Mark even went beyond expectations by putting the shoes onto my feet, and tying the shoelaces as I tried some pairs of shoes. I felt his patience and sincere service to customers.

The manager's professionalism and friendly demeanor set a welcoming tone from the moment I walked in. The team was knowledgeable about the products and attentive to my needs, helping me find the perfect pair of shoes with ease. Their efficient and courteous service made my shopping experience enjoyable.
