Amazing customer service!!!

My fiancé and I spent the afternoon on May 6th walking around the village. We went to multiple stores (Smart Wool, Helly Hansen, Roots, to name a few) and not a SINGLE employee said “Hello” or greeted us as we walked in or out; they just stood there staring at us.

When we walked into Peak Performance, we were instantly greeted by two happy and cheery workers that were an absolute joy to talk to. They told us about the products, the company, and even recommended great sushi restaurants to check out. I didn’t grab their names but these two employees were absolutely fantastic and, when I’m ready to purchase, I’ll be choosing Peak Performance over other brands, and it will largely be because of the amazing experience we had dealing with these two employees.

My wife went and bought me the helium hooded jacket. I was unable to be with her but she phoned me about it and I told her it sounds like a great jacket but nowhere on the labels does it say what type of down fill it is because I wanted goose down.she asked the sales person and all they said was its a 90/10 fill.She bought the jacket and later I found out its duck down. Over the last 5 years I have purchased many items in person from this store. Service was always good and Peak Performance makes an excellent product for very reasonable prices. This year due to Covid I have used the online option and the service prices and timely delivery for golf pants and shirts has been great.
