I’m 7 months pregnant with twins and have had a few prenatal massages with Jenna, and I cannot say enough good things about her and the rest of the equilibrium team.
First of all, Giselle at the front desk is very friendly and professional, a great way to be welcomed and to start the appointment.
The facility itself is very clean and decorated nicely, and is a very relaxing and appealing environment.
Not only is my prenatal RMT Jenna is very knowledgeable, smart, and talented, but she is incredibly kind and caring. I came to see her originally in an emergency because my pregnancy was causing me to have very painful lower back spasms. After my first appointment with her, we went over what I was currently doing and came up with a game plan together going forward on how to address the issue, and currently I’m in zero pain 😊
I’d also like to specifically mention the massage table itself. As you can imagine, being 7 months pregnant with twins, my baby bump is quite large and it is very difficult to feel comfortable when laying down in any position. Jenna’s prenatal massage table is nothing short of AMAZING. I get massaged laying on my side (switching sides halfway through the appointment) using a variety of pillows and foam bolsters to support my body. I never have to lay on my tummy or my back. I feel SO supported, safe, and comfortable from the second I lay down, to the moment my massage is done. I instantly relax and just melt into the cushions, and Jenna will check in on me periodically throughout the appointment to see how I’m feeling. I honestly wish I had a table like it at home, it feels that good.
If you are a mom-to-be struggling with pain/discomfort, please do yourself a favour and go see Jenna (or any of the other prenatal RMTs) at Equilibrium. You will not be...

Read more5 Stars – Ryan is a life saver
I came into my first appointment with Ryan feeling scared and dysregulated. I’m a risk taker, stuff happens, but this concussion hit hard. From the start, he made me feel like I wasn’t alone in it. Knowing he was on my side and truly understood what I was going through gave me a ton of confidence.
Ryan reassured me that progress would be made, and he backed that up with some impressive tools to assess where I was at, what to focus on, and how I was improving over time. I noticed a substantial difference pretty quickly.
What I found really set him apart is that he’s not just following the playbook, he’s helping write it. He’s clearly at the forefront of concussion rehab, and I love that he’s constantly implementing newer, more effective methods as research evolves. I fully trust his judgment, and that’s not something I say lightly.
If you’re dealing with a concussion and need someone who’s smart, grounded, and truly invested in your recovery, Ryan is the guy you want in...
