If you’re craving classic Cantonese roast meats, Yuen Kee hits the spot perfectly 🍖🍜. This no-frills local gem serves up rich flavors with great portion sizes and efficient service. It’s the kind of place where locals flock for reliable taste and speed.
The trio roast platter is the highlight — crispy pork belly, tender char siu, and juicy soy sauce chicken all perfectly cooked and well-seasoned 🔥🥩🐔. The skin on the pork belly is ultra crispy while the fat underneath just melts away. The chicken is succulent and lightly aromatic, making it a balanced contrast.
Pair it with their roast duck noodle soup and you’ve got a hearty, comforting meal. The soup is rich and flavorful, with springy egg noodles and fresh greens 🍜🧄. It’s especially satisfying on a rainy day.
The vibe is fast-paced and packed, typical of traditional Hong Kong eateries. Don’t expect anything fancy — just good food, fast 💨. Service is quick and efficient; staff are used to high volume but still manage to get everything to your table hot.
Great spot for a proper roast fix without the tourist fuss. Will definitely be back for that crispy...

He says we have to pay for all 3. We say we’ll pay for 2 - my partners and the duck I was given wrongly. He says ok, the duck I was given is $148, when the one I ordered was $48! We argue with him and he storms off. We think it was a mistake & that he should’ve been angry with the waiter not us, but then we realise he does not bring the duck meal out for anyone else. Then we look at reviews and some others have had the same experience! Avoid, very stressful experience & really...

This is a pretty big traditional Cantonese booth-style café in central Tsim Sha Tsui. As Waso café was too busy, decided to try this place and was not disappointed. Service is pretty good by Hong Kong standards and quite quick. Decor and furnishing are also nice.
