The girl at service counter is ridiculous!
Tonight is the first time we visited this restaurant, we booked a table for 6 at 6:30pm and arrived right at 6:30pm. There was a long queue of people at the entrance, which we saw was queuing for sea urchin, so we went right into the restaurant. We found another waiter, who asked whether we know our table number. I told him of course we don't know as we only know the booking number. The waiter was not interested in showing us the way at all and just told us to go back to the entrance and find the service counter. We went back to the entrance and found the service counter, but noone was there. A minute later the service counter girl came back, we told her our booking number but she told us right a way that it's past 6:30pm, and our table was released to other customers already! We asked why didn't she call before releasing our table, she said she did! I swear noone ever called! I then asked what we could do, she dare to say that nothing could be done now, goodbye! ! That is ridiculous! Lucky later on we found a manager and said she could give us a table later, but only after 7:30pm, we said that's too late.
Service counter waitress is very important to a restaurant as she is the first to serve a customer. Because of this idiot service counter girl, I'll never visit this restaurant again, and I'll tell my friends not to visit this...

A lot of seafood, both raw and cooked. There’s a small hot food section that you serve yourself. What’s crazy is all the drinks are included in the price. The selection is massive and what’s shocking is that the alcohol is also included. There’s a small selection of Sake and Soju. Even beers are available in the fridges. There’s Hagen Daas and Movenpick mini ice creams and even a soft serve machine. There’s a small cake selection and a candy bar for the kids. As a foreigner of HK, for the price, it was well worth it for the all-you-can-eat seafood. There’s a small place next to the cash where you can also order freshly made hand rolls.
Would strongly recommend you reserve in advance if you want a spot. Else, you risk to be disappointed.
Even though they are wheelchair friendly, there’s no wheelchair friendly bathroom. Be...

This buffet defines what a Hong Kong-style feast should be. I booked through Google Maps, arrived a bit early, and just confirmed my phone number at the entrance – quick and easy.
You get 3 full hours to enjoy a massive variety of food and drinks, including Japanese dishes, local favorites, desserts, and even alcohol. Some items are self-service, like snacks and drinks, which is super convenient. Main dishes are ordered via QR code – fast and efficient. Most dishes arrived quickly, though a few took a bit longer, which is understandable during busy times.
The atmosphere? Loud, lively, and full of energy – exactly what you’d expect from a popular buffet spot. Staff were attentive and constantly cleared dishes. There was also a floor manager keeping everything running smoothly.
With everything included, the price is honestly a great deal. If I visit Hong Kong again, this place is absolutely on my list...
