I visited this store in the late afternoon around Lunar New Year, it was not busy at all. I tried to purchase a small electric nail trimmer, and I talked a male staff, who is little fatty with glasses while he was browsing his cell phone. I asked him if they carry that kind of products, he swinged his head right away (means no) even I had not finished my question. And finally, I found the item that I wanted in nearby area. How can such a lazy attitude and poor customer service be existed in a tourism area.
