Abismal service, no communication with the chef, and half of the time no one came and introduce the sushi to us. Even when the servers came and talk, it was incredibly short with utterly useless nonsense and wrong information.
When each dish was served, the servers wait for nearly half a minute before they came forward and introduce the sushi to us. During the time, servers were standing in the corner doing nothing. Even when they came and tell us what the dish was, it was just a short sentence saying what type of fish it is. No introduction or even a mention of where the dish was sourced from. The server also mentioned a bit about the aging of the fish, but the information about aging protocol and general knowledge was wrong.

Ironically, my food tray was dirty and had to be replaced when I sat down. The staff also hit my finger with the tray when replacing it. Also, all the staff should really wear tie clips since I got smacked by their draping ties repeatedly every time they bent over to refill tea or serve food.
