Spacious and well located store, also pretty clean and well accessible from the main street. Employees are not very proactive in communication but in general the atmosphere is good. Design pretty modern, minimalistic and smooth.

One unusual and confusing thing is the process of how to actually purchase an item. You don't pick it in the area where items are exposed for testing and viewing, you need to remember exactly the name of the product or make a photo of it and then go to the cashier and show them what you wanna buy and they give you the item on cashier into your hands.

I would never probably buy any computer or mobile device from this company but I love the powerbanks. I wish they have more of the products they offer on their website also exposed here in the store. The store has a large foot print to display all their goods on one floor and separated into the home section to the right and electronics to the left

The store is understaffed with the amount of shoppers inside but they try to answer your questions.

One drawback is that the staff are not very familiar with their products. I inquired of the differences in the headphones and they read the product spec to me. I can read thank you very much but I was expecting the staff to have used each product to better answer the usability of said product in question.

Even though it's very hard to find this place (located on level 20 of Hollywood Plaza), the experience is definitely worth it. Conceptualized and feels like any typical Apple Store, but with a twist of product leadership. This Xiaomi store doubles-up as a repair centre where they offer 60 mins repair services; as a showroom to showcase the smart utilities from Xiaomi (smart weighing machine, television, air purifier, speakers and subwoofer); and also allows you to customize your purchases (portable battery chargers, phones, tablets) with laser engraving service for free.
