Very disappointed. Order jellycat from this company. Despite paying extra $35 for delivery, I have to self pickup. What's the point of paying for delivery? I understand they cancel delivery service due to COVID outbreak, but is it really difficult to notice the customer before payment/ after they place the order? Or you can just simply state delivery service is not available on your website. THAT will be very HELPFUL. Never order from this shop. Very disappointed and...

今日係第四次幫襯，入門口問女職員bb車可吾可以泊係度，女職員一副不耐煩嘴臉，西面話唔好阻住行人通道，絕對明白bb車比較阻地方會妨礙人地行路，但作為服務性行業員工係可以用其他表達方式去叫客人不要泊bb車。 第二個問題，我問佢有無4個月bb食既米糊，同樣地，西面加超級黑人憎既語氣話：「下，bb都係六個月先食野我地呢度冇得買，然後我同我同行既朋友講，算啦我地自己搵，佢個人係西就問乜都係答冇，我一行入去貨架就已經有好幾款4個月bb食既米糊，如果你地連公司貨品都唔了解，建議你遲職，旺角分店女職員唔係第一次態度西，我黎咁多次，只有第一次買咩帶既時候係有愉快購物經驗。 另外想同嗰位啡色頭髮女職員講，你冇錢，就係要打工，服務客人，你有錢你咪唔洗打工你去做客人俾人服務咯，你又要做服務性行業，又一副唔想接待客人解答...
