Fair selection of meats (beef, pork, lamb), but not all types are worth having. Iberico pork was too fatty. My favourite was the corn-fed blade steak. The texture was smooth - not too fatty and not too lean. I would recommend the tomato soup base. Good selection of drinks, dessert, vegetables, fish balls etc. Could benefit from more sauce choices though. Overall, it’s a good bang for your buck at $200 per person. Another all you can eat hotpot buffet with a 2-hour limit. Seafood was quite fresh (not a lot of selections tho), meat like beef and pork were okay.
