The food is excellent, and the prices are also reasonable; however, the service could be improved.

The AVO TOAST is incredible, with the combination of avocado, basil, and olive oil creating a taste that is exceptionally refreshing and unforgettable compared to what I usually have elsewhere.

The MORTADELLA TOAST is also yummy. The ham, ricotta, pesto, and pistachio on top create a delightful combination.

The RICOTTA TOAST resembles a dessert, but the ricotta, blueberries, honey, and thyme add layers of flavor.

However, the only downside is that one of the non-local servers had a not-so-friendly attitude. Since the tables in the restaurant were small, we ordered four servings of toast, which made it a bit crowded. We had to move the water glasses to the side, but that particular server seemed annoyed and impatient, repeatedly asking us if we didn't need them. If she felt we were handling things improperly, she could have simply communicated it to us directly or offered us a better solution instead of asking such a question. Even when serving the food, she didn't bother placing it on the table and instead asked us to pick it up...

Note, it would help if the point mark were placed in the correct place as where it is right now it looks like it's located inside PCCW tower, and it isn't, you have to go to the end of Tong Chong street then turn right and you'll see it.

We ordered a breakfast melt & the ricotta toastie. To drink we had the soy masala tea and an iced passion fruit tea. All very delicious especually the ricotta one, came close to ordering seconds. However, they had gotten the ricotta toastie order wrong so waited close to half hour to eat, which felt unecessary considering the place wasn't that busy. This is a new and very spacious Fineprint branchon the G/F outside the PCCW Tower at Taikoo Place.

Fineprint does good black and white coffee drinks. They also offer and nice selection of light counter bites, some bread products as well as cooked western breakfast dishes that are pretty good.
