Terrible Experience with BAW Massage – Avoid at All Costs

I had the absolute worst experience with BAW Massage recently. Their communication is beyond poor, and their customer service is completely unacceptable. It took three days to make a simple booking, only for them to claim when I arrived that the reservation didn’t exist in their system.

Their response time to messages is ridiculously slow, and their tone lacks any respect or professionalism. To make matters worse, when I got there, they had the audacity to say they “don’t take calls,” even though they took my call, confirmed the reservation, and said they’d send me a confirmation via WhatsApp—which never happened.

The place is always overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to get an appointment unless you spend days trying to chase them down. It’s clear that BAW has gotten too big for its own good and completely lost touch with its customers. It’s a shame because I used to visit this place years ago, but it’s gone downhill since then.

I strongly recommend finding a competing massage place where your time and business will actually be valued. This was an incredibly disappointing experience....

Tercera vez en este spa. . Buen lugar. Buenisimo masaje. Pero nada que vale la pena con este nivel de servicio. Pagué por 90 minutos y lo hicieron por 80 minutos. Con excusas de que no estaba lista a tiempo aunque estaba lista a la hora exacta para mi masaje. No volveré con este nivel de servicio. La primera vez que la música no funcionó, me dieron 15 minutos más porque comenzaba y cerraba cada 3 minutos y eso era muy molesto. Puedes ser mucho mejor, esa no es la forma. Y los precios, por supuesto, tan altos que expecte más.

Despues la respuesta del spa : Me dan 10% descuento si. Q es 30 mil peso . Muchas gracias la verdad q necesito luchar para recibir eso descuento q la gerente no queria dar y empieza discutir conmigo. No es por la plata q es nada , como la attencion y la atitude para cliente regular.

Tomar 10 min sin decir. Sin respetar a mi tambn. Si yo llego en tiempo y espero 20 min no hay problema. Siempre dijiste llegar 15 min antes y siempre llego y senti espararte. Y cuando llego 5 min antes ya es demora ??, y no habia nadie espernado ahi tampoco.

Y ninguna vez me ofercas tomar algo. Un dia estuve corriendo afuera llege y pedi agua y me dan . Eso no la nivel de servicio yo accepto perdon.

Respetar a mi tiempo tambn y decir tambn todo al cliente y informar . Y claro q no hacer algo asi sin decirme.

I got an intensive rejuvenating facial and aroma oil massage here. I would NOT recommend getting a facial here. They use poor quality single use cotton pad to apply the first five steps of the skincare. They wipe the skin with this cotton pad five times which destroyed my skin texture. My face was feeling really hot and agitated - and my skin is generally not too sensitive. I had to stop the facial after about 30 minutes. My facial lady was great but she had no idea what she was doing. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here for a facial. The massage, however, was...
