This is absolutely a phenomenal spot! If what you are looking for is specialty coffee, well roasted and well prepared, this is it! But beyond the preparation and the amazing taste is the heart behind the operation and the owners’ desire to highlight the beauty that is within Colombia. Their brand is an ode to the tropical land of Colombia. Moving on, the atmosphere of the place makes you want to stay all day, which is totally doable since they serve delicious meals all day long that have also been inspired by Colombian cuisine but with a modern twist. I must note that the owners have been in the coffee industry for almost two decades and it shows in everything they do… the place has its own laboratory and they train all of their employees, even the servers, so they too can admire the beauty of Colombian coffee. I truly...

The best speciality coffee in town BY FAR! I had a cupping/coffee tasting experience with Jasmin which was incredible, her knowledge, her passion a reflection of the core of what Tropicalia is. This experience was in the second floor.

Downstairs is a located the coffee shop itself with a nice variety of plates, to have brunch, lunch or a quick bite. Option to try their coffee in espresso or brew in Origami method. The also have beans for retails and merch.

The staff is friendly, however since it’s a very busy place, service can be a bit slow or it takes time to catch the waiters attention.

The place is well illuminated, very green with nice tables and seats. You can read a book, chat with a friend, work on your laptop or talk with the barista as I did and learn about...

This cafe ticks pretty much all the boxes – bright and beautiful design and interior, lots of plants, great food and drinks, plenty of seating, laptop-friendly, and nice neighborhood. I have to say, this might be a new favorite of mine 🌿☕️

I had the shakshuka, a cappuccino with oat milk and their homemade lemonade with mandarin, panela and cardamom (so so good!). It’s super chill inside with multiple places to sit, but somehow still a cozy vibe. There also some spots outside by the entrance.

They have a great selection of breakfast and other foods, including an avocado toast, french toast, sandwiches, healthy bowls and salads, soups and more. The milk alternative include a homemade almond milk and an oat milk, which I liked. I 100% will...
