Lets start with my first day at Cityflats. I arrived and was greeted by Melissa who I met on my last trip to Bogota. She greeded me with a huge smile that I could see under her mask and checked me in and made sure I would be happy during my stay. Within a few minutes out comes General Manager Diana to greet me and welcome me back. Diana is a hands on manager which is a really nice touch when you are away from home. It was wonderful being welcomed by two people I had encountered in the past and with the pandemic one never knows. So I go to my room and there was a lovely note by GM Diana welcoming me back which brought a smile to my face. A few minutes later their was a knock on the door and it was Melissa handing me a box and wishing me a Happy Birthday on behalf of the hotel. Now I had tears in my eyes for the very kind jesture. Inside the box was a note from the staff wishing me a very Happy Birthday and a piece of cake which was amazing. Every morning I was greeted by the ladies in the breakfast area who made sure my day started off right. I even tried some soup one morning that I loved. The front desk staff was amazing to me as they answered every question that I had and lord knows I bothered them a lot but each and every time they took great care of me and my girlfriend. My room was awesome and well maintained by the cleaning staff who made sure everything was neat and clean. ||||This hotel is in a very nice area near many restaurants and shopping district with many things to do.||||From the bottom of my heart Thank You to Diana and everyone there at Cityflats as you made me and my girlfriend feel so at home and welcomed. ||||Gracias Familia Los Quiero...
Read moreI picked this hotel due to its location and modern feel. It did not disappoint! My room was super modern, clean, and had large windows with amazing views of hillside behind us. The hotel is a short walking distance to two large shopping malls and many delicious restaurants. I felt safe walking in the area, even at night. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing, especially Diana. She communicated with me from the minute I booked the room, and even after I left. She assisted me with arranging for airport pick ups, and a Covid test. She even made sure my suitcase made it to the hotel, after it was delayed in Bogota. The hotel breakfast was delicious. Diana and her staff truly went above and beyond with their hospitality and making sure my stay was nothing but amazing. When I return to Bogota, I will be choosing this...
Read moreThis hotel is conveniently located close to upscale shopping and fine dining. It’s quiet and safe. At first glance, we were very pleased with the hotel. However, things quickly changed during our first night. The bed was incredibly firm. The bathroom tiny, the shallow shower basin overflowed from the water, there was a constant beeping from the rack room next door that the staff couldn’t figure out how to turn off, interrupting our sleep. They finally offered to switch rooms only after my husband checked on the status of the noise a third time (9:30 pm). ||Conveniences such as a hair dryer had to be picked up from the front desk, and I didn’t see an ironing board. ||I really wanted to like this hotel but they missed the mark on...
