Barba Fina Bocagrande — Local services in Cartagena

I recently visited Barba Fina in Cartagena and had an excellent experience! The barber who assisted me, Jose, was a young, smiling, and very friendly professional. He gave me a great haircut, paying attention to detail and fully meeting my expectations. Additionally, the lady who handled my pedicure was highly focused on her work, and the result was outstanding. The cashier was cheerful and extremely helpful, completing the overall excellent service. I paid a total of 95,000 COP (50,000 for the haircut and 45,000 for the pedicure), which is less than 20 USD. For the quality of service, I believe the place is truly value for money. Before visiting Barba Fina, I had read mainly negative reviews mentioning issues like overcharging tourists or lack of professionalism. However, my experience was completely different. The shop had more than five barbers, a friendly cashier, and a skilled pedicurist. Everyone was happy, friendly, and excellent at their job. This review is for their Crespo location, Terrible!!! The staff unprofessional, and I got a haircut from Omar, possibly the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, a butcher with the clippers and I doubt he’s ever used scissors. This is the BEST barbershop in Bocagrande. The barbers are fast and talented. While I was there they noticed I could use a pedicure so we got me signed up for that also with Andreia Janeira, who is a total pedicure expert.
