M Cocina Arabe — Restaurant in Cartagena

Everything in Colombia has been a beautiful experience so far but coming to M Cocina Arabe ( Meat ) has by far, surpassed my dining experience. We had the Tomahawk steak, salad and crunchy baked potatoes coved in Chipotle sause . Our first bite we was of this big cooked to perfection Tomahawk. Once you have it in your mouth, you can taste every bit of flavor and love poured into this steak. We took a moment to let it set in and let our taste buds go wild. It came with our chose of 2 sides. A plate of simple looking salad arrived with our meal. Just lettuce, thinly sliced purple onion, thin pieces of fresh red tomatoes and these amazing green soft olives. But once you taste it, you know that is not just a simple salad and to our surprise the light hint of dressing came though and married each ingredient beautifully. Next we moved onto the potatoes. The crunch on these potatoes covered in chiplotle sause was a perfect bite of texture and flavor. And for dessert we had the flan , that reminded my love of his childhood in Colombia. Before coming to Colombia we researched tons of places to eat and this beautiful Gem was overlooked. If you are looking for fine dining with a euphoria of flavors , this is the place. Excellent restaurant, extremely prompt and polite service, incredibly well-priced, caters to both the local and the tourist with a great atmosphere (though we ate off peak hours). Impeccable food. We tried a little bit of everything on the menu, and even the pickier eaters in the group had no complaints. The food was rich in flavor, cooked perfectly (even the chicken kebabs were juicy and flavorful), and was well-presented. The food, even the onions, didn't leave a strong aftertaste (an added bonus). They served a dinner-sized portion that didn't leave us too stuffed to walk through the city afterwards. We all left satisfied and we were shocked that a place of such quality wasn't full to the brim. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of dining in. One of the best of Cartagena!!! Absolutely delicious food - Beautiful venue

Think of this as a 5 in 1 restaurant. It’s literally five restaurants combine into one. It doesn’t matter if you’re are vegan or carnivore this will be good for you.

At night they have live music. I don’t know often they change is but we had a violinist this night. Which was very fun actually!

They have a fully Arabic menu which my vegan sister was enjoying very much. The prices of all five menus ranged from very cheap to expensive. It doesn’t matter what’s your budget you’ll find a great affordable plate.
