Restaurant NAMI Evere waiter is a super good waiter Drinks: A1 super good order mojito all 3 came the same the Bartender 5-stars Food Very and extremely disappointed went to this place for my friends birthday and was extremely disappointed even discussed on how they treated my meal I order the Mongolian rice and let me say not as advertised if i can give 0 stars i would it was full of rice only and the protine they advertised on the menu not the same missing shrimps only got 3shrimps , missing calamares only got 1 1/2, missing the salmon fried skin got 0 and alot of rice to make it even worse they took my plate back to redo it and they brought me the same rice same number of calamares and they only added a few extra shrimp and the salmon fried skin 🤮🤢🤢 how can you recycle ♻️ my original plate. From the start, our experience was positive. There was no wait for a table at close to 8pm on a Sunday, our waiter arrived quickly and we placed an order for food and drinks. The drinks arrived promptly. After this, our experience steadily went downhill for the next hour.

Our order was simple, two rolls and a plate of salmon slices. It took around 45 minutes to receive the two rolls, despite being uncomplicated (Philadelphia roll and Ika Roll). Multiple times we had to ask the wait staff where our order was- they responded respectfully, though they should have let us know without being prompted first. The salmon platter had 12 slices of salmon and took longer than the rolls to arrive. I understand rolls generally take a bit more time to make, so to have sliced salmon take longer than rolls seems absurd. The food was good, no complaints other than the excessive wait.

The wait staff was polite and busy, so they have my commendation. The kitchen must be understaffed or their order priorities mixed up.

The bottom line is that the food is good, but it takes so long to receive that I would not recommend going here if...

Another review mentioned the wait but I didn’t know it was this bad. We go into the restaurant at 1230p and did not leave until 1419! It took 90min to get the food! And then only an appetizer came out. I asked for the check because I had 3 hungry kids w me and it was clear this was going to take too long but the staff begged me to wait a few minutes more. This turned into 30 min more. My husband ordered the canton rice but the pork belly and rice were dry/overcooked. Such a disappointment. To make up for the waste of time, they offered one dessert for free.

Unfortunately this was a dismal attempt to make up for the 2 hours of no food/poorly prepared food. The bill was 200,000 for 2 kids meals, 1 entre (my husbands dish was taken off the bill), 1 bottle water, 1 limenada de coco, and 1 cafe.

Server said they did not have sushi rice s we were unable to try any of those options

Big disappointment, there are sooo many amazing places to eat in Cartagena- don’t make the mistake of coming here.
