Blue Cave Tours — Local services in Grad Split

I did the Blue Lagoon, Shipwreck and 1 island with this agency, lunch and drinks were included, however, lunch was disappointing, there was an option of fish, chicken or veggie which came with cabbage and potato salad, it was not a very pleasant to the eyes dish and the taste was fine. The drinks were never offered, they were not individually packed drinks like cans or bottles but rather a cooler with water (no ice) and a wine in a plastic bottle. The guides did not shared any information other then when we had to be back on the boat, very unprofessional, a ladder to climb up the boat broke and they didn’t do anything about it even though there were elders in the water, it was amongst the guests that we managed to find a solution. The captain was very punctual, the Hemingway Split is an older boat so prepare your expectations. I don’t know if the many other agencies that offer this tour are the same or some might be better (prices are within the same range). We had a great experience with the Blue Cave tour with Sugaman Tours, complete opposite...

The trip did not follow the itinerary as advertised: 1) We did not visit the Blue Cave and were not aware that was a possibility until we were on our way to the Blue Cave 2) We left later than many boats 3) We did not visit five islands 4) There was no shower on the boat 5) There was no fruit or coffee on the boat. We paid more for these “extras,” but the company did not deliver. Additionally, the guides, though friendly, did not interact with guests much.

On the other hand, my sister and I enjoyed meeting other tourists, swimming in a few crystal water beaches, and visiting Hvar.

Would not recommend this agency unless advertising and...

The tour guides were so unfriendly. I never got their names or neither they explained the itinerary. Although the ladder broke and I told them they responded that they knew and did nothing to help the people that were on the water. The captain was lovely and always trying to get us on time. Do not pay for the lunch, it is a very sad lunch and a girl has her fish bad. Smoking was allowed on the boat so the whole time you couldn’t...
