This place is truly exceptional! Fabrice Gillotte Beaune doesn’t just offer high-quality chocolate, they’ve also mastered the art of hospitality. The staff go above and beyond in every way, delivering what can only be described as unreasonable hospitality in the best sense. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and fluent in English, making the experience seamless and welcoming.

We picked up chocolates and macarons, all absolutely divine. And the ice cream? A must-try! Made with top-tier ingredients, it’s in a league of its own. As someone from the Mediterranean, I can confidently say the pistachio was one of the best I’ve ever tasted.

Voici plus de 20 ans que j’ai découvert les macarons de chez Gillote, étant maintenant habitant du sud de la France, quand je remonte, je ne peux pas, ne pas m’arrêter à cette boutique, où tout est aussi beau à regarder qu’à déguster ! Un accueil absolument parfait aujourd’hui, avec une vendeuse et un vendeur qui avaient le sourire, très commerçant, c’est toujours très appréciable, c’est les petits plus qui nous feront revenir encore et encore chez vous !
