Came here because of the high reviews

It’s not Japanese & far from authentic, choices r limited for this all you can eat buffet.

The sushi rice falls apart, the fishes r dry, there are stuffs that are not Japanese on the buffet…It’s kinda Chinese food with bad sushi.

The hostess is extremely rude & impolite. From coming in to the resto until we left. Even when she explains something and asked to repeat she has angry intonation.

I regret not reading all the bad reviews and apparently many complaints have been made to the hostess & reading her offensive response to the negative posts concluded her rudeness towards customers

A place to avoid for meal in Beaune & It gives sushi a bad rep & the hostess made the whole...

How come so bad attitude, all the customers know that we don’t need to pay the extra fee of service in France, but it doesn’t mean that you are able to show your angry face to your customers. You are running the restaurant and we pay for both your food and service. Not suggest to anyone unless you want to get the bad experience. Before running a restaurant pls learn to be a kind people. And it’s not a Japanese restaurant that ran by the Japanese.

RE: you are running a Japanese restaurant, why you requested us to speak Chinese but you don’t have the Chinese menu? And why you requested people to respect Chinese when you are opening a Japanese...

One of the more bizarre experiences I’ve ever had.

Hostess was cold and rude and seemed taken aback by the fact I would want to order food at her restaurant. So much so that I had to actually ask if everything was ok as I was unsure if I’d committed some sort of faux pas.

When I opened the food at home (which given the hostesses demeanour I can only assume was spat on), the gyoza and katsu chicken were so dry I imagine they’d been prepared 3 days earlier. The sushi was also tasteless and tiny in size.

All that for only 22 euros! Bargain. Lucky I’m passing through or I’d be back tommorow night to get my money back. Wouldn’t recommend to my...
