PAC Billetterie — Local services in Carcassonne

This is the default site for purchasing tickets for events hosted via the city of Carcassonne. I have purchased tickets for many events throughout the year, over many years. For low demand events, there is usually not a problem. However, for high demand events - for example, at the July festival - there is clearly a disingenuous distribution of tickets, where premium tickets are not offered for general sale, despite the assertion that they are. Requests for clarification of the process appear to be routinely ignored by management at PAC Billetterie. At least, that is my experience.

Après un petit "coup de gueule" sur le PAC billetterie du Festival de la Cité, je fais amende honorable et remercie et félicite l'organisation pour son efficacité et sa gentillesse. Tout mes problèmes ont été résolus en quelques messages échangés. Je reviens donc sur mon avis de ce matin et donne la note maximum...

Les personnes qui se sont occupées de nous sont charmantes. Par contre le nouveau logiciel est très lent et complètement inadapté à un grand nombre de personnes qui se connectent en même temps par ailleurs. 45 minutes pour prendre 3 abonnements, cela m'a semblé très long... Salle d'attente très...
