Le Kiosque du Dôme — Restaurant in Carcassonne

I ordered a pizza coming off a late train and it was great. The guy in the kiosk is a character and works hard with his two double ovens in such a small space. He told me it was a 35 mins wait and that he was bang on with his timing and that was also allowing me to change my order once I had worked out all the different ingredients from my limited French to English.

I filled the wait time watching the finishing runners of the Grand Raid De Cathares.
