It was perfect - the studio is small, but has everything needed! Kitchenware, towels, toiletries, even olive oil, coffee, Balsamico, salt and sugar! And all the photos in Booking are correct! Beppe has provided a number of umbrellas that you can take for the beach. And the beach is actually just in front of the building! All you have to do is take the stairs and cross the street! It is also close to everything! A bus stop is located just in front of the door and there are around 4 or 5 bus lines passing. Marche Forville is around 400 meters from the apartments, the Old town is right above the building! The port is around 200 meters away and there you can catch the ferry to Saint Tropez, Isle Saint Marguerite, etc. I would definitely recommend the Azur Studios!

We came to Cannes for Mipim event. The room is very central. It is close to the venue, the old town and the beach. Beppe was so helpful, responsive and friendly. Мы уже второй раз здесь и снова прекрасный отдых в Каннах по разумной цене. Студии очень маленькие. Когда разложен диван-даже дверь шкафчика для одежды открыть невозможно. Но это все мелочи. Просто не нужно брать много вещей и огромные чемоданы. Все равно разложить все не получится. Тут есть все для комфортного пребывания, а главное кондиционер. Есть мини-кухня со всей посудой, капсульная кофемашина, чайник, микроволновка, масло, чай, соль/перец-в общем, очень удобно, что не нужно покупать большие упаковки (если хочется приготовить салат) на неделю отдыха. Можно брать внизу утюг, зонт для пляжа. Ещё сейф тоже очень хорошо, что он есть. В ванной тоже есть мыло, шампунь и гель для душа в дозаторах. И всегда чисто. Перед заселением комнаты хорошо убирают. Джузеппе часто бывает на первом этаже, если есть вопросы-можно поговорить. Или через WhatsApp. В общем-идеально для Канн. На первом этаже булочная, рядом центр, рынок, наверху крепость, рядом ресторанчики, где едят местные, а не туристы за огромные деньги. Рядом с рынком Форвиль есть небольшой супермаркет Monop, там можно купить необходимые продукты, воду по адекватным ценам. Потому что в маленьких магазинчиках цены сумасшедшие даже на бутылку воды.
