Service décevant. Le personnel n’est pas respectueux et vous traite comme si vous n’étiez pas du même pays mais un citoyen de second zone. Cette ambassade est lamentable et doit être la pire ambassade du monde. Ils ne sont même pas capable de parler français alors que nous sommes en France.

سفارت افغانستان در پاریس کیفیت خیلی پایین در ارایه خدمات دارد. کارمندان سفارت بین مراجعت کنندگان تبعیض قایل می‌شوند. به عنوان مثال، برای خود من طرز برخوردشان مثل آدمی بود که انگار از افغانستان نیستم و یا یک تبعه درجه دو هستم. متاسفانه کارمندان سفارت زبان فرانسوی را نمیتوانند صحبت کنند در حالی که در فرانسه هستند. این نظر در ماه می سال ۲۰۲۰ نوشته شد ولی بخاطر استفاده از کلمات مناسب برای رفتار مسیولان سفارت گوگل خواست تا نوشته را اصلاح کنم. به صورت خلاصه سفارت افغانستان در فرانسه گنده‌ترین سفارت در بین سفارتخانه‌های کشورهای دیگر هست.

The staff at the Afghanistan embassy in Paris seem to lack the level of education and professionalism typically expected in diplomatic missions. Many nations appoint highly skilled and respected personnel to represent them in developed countries, aiming to foster a positive national image. However, my experience at this embassy was disappointing. The staff demonstrated a limited proficiency in French, which is concerning considering the importance of effective communication in diplomatic contexts. Furthermore, their behavior was often discourteous, and there were instances of apparent discrimination based on tribal affiliations within the Afghan community. Specifically, I encountered unnecessary obstacles when applying for my new electronic passport. I respectfully urge His Excellency, the Ambassador of Afghanistan to the Republic of France, to address these issues promptly. Such measures are crucial to uphold the embassy's integrity and to represent Afghanistan's interests effectively in France. I just visited Afghanistan Embassy. They made me pay 200euros cash. They said that the machine doesn't work so I have to go to a bank and get cash to pay. I had to walk all the way to get cash and pay for them. I asked them for a receipt and they give me a paper and asked to to fill it the amount I want. I was so disappointed. با عرض سلام ! وزیر‌ صاحب محترم پیام من بر شما‌ این‌ است که کمی‌ توجع داشته‌ باشین بالای مشکلات اداری افغان ها مقیم در خارج از کشور‌ ، به خصوص سفارت‌افغانستان مقیم‌ پاریس، افغان‌ها به مشکلات زیادی سردچار ‌ هستند، بی بندباری‌ بسیار‌ زیاد است ، هیچ نوع احساس مسولیت پزیری وجود‌ ندارد، مردم‌ با‌ وجود مصروفیت های زیاد از شهرها دور‌ دست ۳ و یا ‌۴ بار مراجعه میکنند تا اگر کار ایشان نتیجه بدهد، حد اقل هیچ نوع سیستم ابتدای‌ تکنالوجی‌ ‌وجود ندارد‌، مثلا: برای دریافت سابقه جرمی ماشین بیومتریک. فعلا توسط یک رنک انگشت نگاری می شود، چون‌ انگشت نگاری استندرد نمیباشد کار‌ نتیجه نمی‌ دهد، و همین میتود باعث سرگردانی ما افغان ها چه در‌فرانسه و چه در افغانستان شده است، با ارسال نشان‌انگشت رنگی به وزارت خارجه درست قابل شناسایی نمیباشد، و‌ مراجعین مجبور‌ می شوند بار بار سرگردان شوند، از جناب شما خواهشمندم که در زمینه اقدام لازم نماید تا این مشکلات برطرف...
