From “customer service” you will receive only “copy paste” answers. When you send a message, the case starts always from the beginng. Looks like they use AI.
Shipping partner is UPS. NOTE! They use shipping method, where is no option to pick up your shipment from UPS access point! You need to be home personally. As UPS inform the delivery time “by the end of day” so you need to be on watch whole day. Drivers have no phones either!
Shipping time 3-4 days on the website is not true. After more than two weeks, never received my shipment. No help from “customer service”, therefore I forwarded my case to the authorities and my credit card bank.

The security guards were communicating with each other about our whereabouts in French, such as “The couple is going to the second floor,” “They are heading back down to the lower floor,” “They are here,” etc. It’s hilarious that you feel like you are being watched and they think you are there and maybe would be a thief. Such unpleasant feelings left us not wanting to buy anything there even though they had a size I was looking for. Read moreI witnessed teamwork across stores in Paris in order to help me locate items I inquired about. Leva at Dior Vendôme was my first stop. Yes, it's the jewelry store. I made an appointment at the wrong location. No matter. Leva asked what I was looking for, created an account for me, called staff at 25 Rue Royale to let them know I was on the way, and she made sure I had the proper directions. Upon arrival at 25 Rue Royale, the team already knew what I needed and directed me upstairs where Salam was my shero! We located the bag I wanted but I needed a different size in the trench. I tell you, within a few hours Salam called me back, stating that she secured the trench! I'm so thankful for these ladies. When back in Paris, I will make sure to see these two ladies again.
