I visited the Samsung Experience Store at Madeleine, Paris, to buy the Flip 6. When I noticed the price was lower online than in-store, I asked an employee for clarification. He assured me I could receive a €100 reimbursement through a participation offer, so I decided to go ahead with the purchase based on that promise.
Since then, I’ve submitted my file multiple times, only for it to be rejected or not processed at all, each time with vague or unclear reasons. This has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I also reached out via Samsung's live chat support, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any real help or resolution. I felt completely let down.
As someone who has been a loyal Samsung customer for 15 to 17 years—along with my entire family—I truly did not expect such a disappointing and disorganized experience. It’s upsetting to see such poor service from a brand we’ve trusted for so long. I’m simply asking for what was promised: either accept my participation file or issue the €100 reimbursement.

My recommandation is to stay away from this shop. My experience: I bought the note 10+ back on its launch date and they offered the buds as gift (est 100€ or about 10% of the total command). I received only the mobile phone and no matter how many calls and email for the buds they were never shipped. The most ironic is when recently I receive an email notification stating that my order at 0€ for the buds was cancelled without even offering an alternative solution. it is a shame they haven't respect their engagement on this transaction! Their staff was always kind and trying to help to their best, I invite also the staff to refuse this type of leadership and change company , else be ashamed to work for such a poor sales group.

Then my phone got stolen in Paris and the staff at this store REFUSED to help me. Arrogance and incompetence are the two words I can describe the staff at this samsung store. As I typed in the wrong password (France has a different keyboard) and I had to restore it through my email, they didnt let me access my email of "security reasons". Um okay well how am I going to be able to access my account then? I will make sure to contact head office as this service is NOT OKAY.
